MAKE THAT PUTT| SOUTHSIDE SYRINGE EXCHANGE Business Card and Clare Housing.

 

1.  The business card on the left was given to a resident of Clare Housing in November 2018 or December 2018 by a male named Jack.

2.  The resident of Clare Housing gave the business card to me and I kept the business card when I moved in to a Clare Housing apartment in a different building in January 2019.

3.  There was a profile on the Perry Street Software app Jack'd (same company that owns Scruff).  I was led to believe that the Southside Syringe Exchange business card was a "get out of jail free" opportunity for one male on Jack'd that I IM'd many times between January 2019 and January 30, 2021.
