When I have had health care insurance in Minnesota I have had Medical Assistance each year except starting in September 2015 when I was assigned by Randstad USA for a temporary assignment to Wells Fargo in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota as an Auditor.  I was an hourly employee and exceed the maximum income amount for Medical Assistance.

I then qualified for Minnesota Care and had a monthly premium, based on my income to pay each month.  When the assignment with Randstad USA was terminated in December 2015 I resorted back to Medical Assistance.
