1. I was a client/patient or resident of Progress Valley Mens Program (a 90-day halfway house in Minneapolis, MN) on two separate occasions in 2014.  
2. Both occasions representatives from Metro Transit brought a Metro Transit bus near our halfway house on Garfield Avenue.
3. Where did the Metro Transit bus park and wait for us to board the bus and then instruct us on how to ride the bus and bus etiquette?
